Argyle Property Group managed the purchase of a large corner industrial property and subsequent conversion of the premises into a convenience retail centre designed to support an existing Countdown Supermarket.

Five retail units and an A-grade childcare facility were designed to capitalise on a prominent arterial route location. Through high-quality architectural design Argyle delivered high-profile unit-titled assets that have attracted desirable national tenants on excellent lease arrangements.

We acquired a suitable site, developing a three level building with basement car parking, ground floor branch facilities and a medical centre on the first floor.
