Mairangi Bay
An excellent example of our conservative yet creative approach, Argyle reinvigorated two residential units into a small-scale mixed-use offering. In this process we were able to rezone the site, converting one unit for commercial use whilst using surplus land to create two shops that appear as an extension of the existing retail units.
