The Kelston Retail Centre was designed to take advantage of its high-traffic corner position. Argyle provided maximum exposure for six retail tenancies anchored by a leading childcare provider, national gymnasium franchise and popular hospitality venue.

Five retail units and an A-grade childcare facility were designed to capitalise on a prominent arterial route location. Through high-quality architectural design Argyle delivered high-profile unit-titled assets that have attracted desirable national tenants on excellent lease arrangements.

Utilising an established network, Argyle Property Group worked with Westpac New Zealand to create new branch premises to serve this local community. We acquired a suitable site, developing a three level building with basement car parking, ground floor branch facilities and a medical centre on the first floor.

Identifying an underutilised retail site, Argyle converted an existing two unit store into a modern bulk retail premises for national retailer Animates. A high-profile corner site has facilitated an excellent brand presence in the area.

Through a close working relationship with Restaurant Brands, Argyle identified a retail location in South Auckland to aid the expansion of the Carl’s Jr restaurant network. The existing occupants sought to relocate to smaller premises which Argyle was able to assist through our dedicated property management team.

Argyle Property Group managed the purchase of a large corner industrial property and subsequent conversion of the premises into a convenience retail centre designed to support an existing Countdown Supermarket.

One of Auckland’s first mixed-use developments created in X, Brookfield Village comprised six apartments built over ground floor retail neighbouring Massey University. The project reflected a growing residential presence in the area and increasing demand for mixed-use assets.
