Establishing Argyle Property Group in 1992, Nigel has a depth of expertise unparalleled across New Zealand’s property landscape. Beginning his career as a Chartered Surveyor, Nigel gained extensive experience in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong which has informed his ability to identify property development and management opportunities throughout New Zealand.

Possessing skill, knowledge, and a well-trained commercial eye, Ashton has over 14 years of experience working in the property industry and assisting his clients in New Zealand. Ashton is the third generation and continues the family tradition of development, valuation, and commercial real estate. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Property Valuation and Management.

Continuing the family legacy, Gerome is the second-generation Powell to support Argyle Property Group and its clients through more than a decade’s experience in property industries at home and abroad. He has worked for major corporations and international property management companies including Goodman and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Nearly three decades of experience as a financial controller in New Zealand and Australia offers Julie a unique pedigree honed during her tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle and DB Breweries. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a registered Chartered Accountant.

Matt has a background in Partnerships & Commercial Management in the sports and sports technology sector. Matt spent 5 years living in London, working client side to deliver platforms for some of crickets largest governing bodies including the International Cricket Council, England & Wales Cricket Board, and New Zealand Cricket. Since moving back to NZ, Matt has been the Commercial Manager at Auckland Cricket and has recently moved into the property industry to follow his passion with Argyle, where he brings expertise in negotiating & managing agreements as well as relationship management.

Peter has more than 20 years of experience in the property industry both at home and abroad. He has worked for major corporations and international property management companies including overseeing several high-profile residential projects with architectural elements.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Communication, graduating from Massey University. Before joining Argyle Asset Management, Suzanne spent two and a half years working in the Wellington Real Estate Management team at Colliers International.

Equipped with a Bachelor's Degree in Property and Commerce from the University of Auckland, Aiesha has a solid property management foundation. Prior to moving into a full-time property management role, Aiesha spent four years honing her skills by working in the accounts team and as an assistant property manager to the Asset Management Team.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commence majoring in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Auckland. Whilst at Uni she won the Jones Lang LaSalle Property Scholarship and the Undergraduate Marketing Communications Award. Prior to joining Argyle, Lauren worked as a research assistant at JLL.

Immersed in the property sector for more than a decade, Ed previously ran operations and maintenance for Goodman Property Trust’s portfolio. He has also provided advisory and consultancy services through outsourced Facilities Management contracts for clients including Auckland International Airport, Oyster Property Group and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).

Henry is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience, having recently spent 8 years in London.
